• Communicate and confirm key contract facts with contractors including hourly rate expectations, availability and contractor status (T4, sole proprietor or Incorporated consultant)
• Provide written and verbal instructions to contractors on completing all necessary onboarding documentation, such as background checks forms, employment verification forms and reference checks forms
• Process all forms in a timely fashion to meet aggressive client start date timelines
• Work with candidates and clients to address any issues uncovered during background check processing
• Update and maintain candidate profile information in TalentNet's database, client database, and Google shared documents

• Use all available tools and ethical techniques to identify and source candidates for existing and even future client requirements.
• Work to develop a strong base of IT/Engineering candidates.
• Conduct detailed screening of potential candidates, including interviews, reference checks, testing and background checks.
• Responsible for presenting offers and negotiating contract terms, you will have a track record of demonstrated recruiting success.
• Building long-term and trusting business relationships with placed and proactive candidates for future placements.
• Generating leads and opportunities through recruitment calls
