Aspiring youth football development coach, a recent graduated student at Solent University studying (BSc) Hons Sports Performance Coaching Degree achieving a first class honours as well as being awarded the CIMSPA prize.Much of my working and industry experience relates to youth football coaching, having nearly spent 5 years coaching youth footballers. This experience has allowed me to shape my own coaching experience and pedagogy. Youth football coaching has always been a passion of mine and to further develop myself as a coach in every aspect has always been a focal point for me. Being mentored by my current boss an UEFA A-license football coach, has helped me gauge this and become more advanced in areas I was not conscious of. Further passions of mine concern strength & conditioning, being placed on the high-performance athlete scholarship program at Solent University ultimately kickstarted my passion for S&C. I am actively engaging with S&C within the industry. Having been involved in an internship, as a observer for a lead S&C basketball coach that competed at a national college level.
