For as long as I can remember, my whole life up until now has mostly consisted of the same four things on repeat; hockey, school, family, and friends. Hockey and school were the big two which took up about half of my life so far but I am transitioning out of my big two and into a career. For a career, I have had a calling for some time now and want to explore how I can soon live out my dream. Ever since I was a kid, I have been obsessed with large, marvelous human creations such as statues, stadiums, and skyscrapers. I used to religiously play Sim City and Minecraft so I can be in control of the design and the process of the buildings and stadiums. Because of my passion, I dedicated my college career to study construction management and Real Estate Development so I could be at the forefront of such projects. In my short years in college I have mastered the complicated language of Microsoft Excel and have discovered that I excel in public speaking as I learned that I have little stage fright. My large projects that I worked on for months further enhanced these skills as they heavily involved the use of Microsoft Excel and public speaking for presenting the projects. Although I have exceptional skill in Microsoft Excel, I hope to be in the field in either Real Estate Development or Construction Management. I have spent time as a contractor and have learned the ropes of the gritty work and hope to one day oversee projects so I can live out my dream of creating exceptional creations.
