During my first three months in this role I was able to create and implement a new lubrication process for the plant and train the technicians on this, as well as designing and putting in place a new lubrication storage room. I was also able to execute a new online management system for the maintenance department called AMMS or MicroWest, which allows KPIs and equipment around the plant to be visualized online. I am now starting on another project where I will be ensuring our CIP process is hitting the targets and standards we have here at the plant.
