My name is Aiden Hunter and most recently, I have acted as a host. My job has provided me with many skills that have prepared me for the next step in my career.First of all, I have developed strong problem-solving skills. As a host, I had to make frequent decisions, ranging from technical to interpersonal. I was able to prioritize guest satisfaction while weighing different scenarios and responding effectively.Secondly, my job has enabled me to hone my time-management skills. Being able to correctly manage my time and the time of others was essential for my role and ensured things ran smoothly.Finally, my job showed me how to be an effective motivator. My team and I had to stay highly organized, and I saw the importance of doing so. I was able to stay at the top of my game by motivating the team, delegating tasks, and providing feedback.In addition to the abilities mentioned above, I also have superb communication and people skills. I am confident, reliable, and highly motivated.
