Thinkist partners with districts to train, oversee, and manage peer tutoring so that all students can succeed. Responsible for advising the company CEO and senior management team on matters related to the student target market, including product research, development, marketing and sales including determining a price point, developing a brand, and promotion to this audience as seen from the middle and high school student perspective. Organized, hosted and led research and focus groups amongst teens and parents, aggregated data and presented results.

Selected as a student leader to participate in The Experiment Digital, a program supported by the Stevens Initiative, and sponsored by the U.S. Department of State with funding provided by the U.S. Government and administered by the Aspen Institute. 1000 youths joined together from Algeria, Iraq, the U.S., and Yemen engaged in a transformational online learning experience to develop leadership skills, explore cultural similarities and differences, and design projects to make a difference. Designed a US-Mexico language tutoring program.

Nominated and selected to participate in the Ed100 Student Leadership Academy and Summer Conference. The Ed100 Academy helps rising student leaders learn, connect, lead, and identify opportunities to make a difference.

Hired as the Head Student Tutor for the local elementary school's after-school homework club. Worked with up to 15 students at a time in 1st through 5th grades. Students/families would request private sessions in addition to the homework club.

Founded and was elected President of the Muirlands Middle School Robotics After School Program and Team. The program grew to over 25+ students in grades 6-8th. Responsible for creating a program plan, fundraising, and marketing the program to MMS students. Helped lead the team to multiple successful FLL competitions. After graduation continued to teach robotics to middle school students.
