As a Loaner/Service Porter at Audi Salt Lake City, I clean and maintain a fleet of courtesy vehicles for customer use, keeping an acute attention to detail in cleaning and managing cars, ensuring any damage or mechanical issues were reported and resolved, in person with the customer or over SMS or email. I also help contract customers to cars in the fleet, ensuring their full understanding of the terms and conditions of the contract, while delivering a good experience to those customers. When not needed for managing, cleaning, and assigning the loaner fleet, I help in greeting and directing customers to their service advisers, work with technology to document cars that required maintenance, help deliver cars to the necessary mechanics, wash and clean fixed cars, and return them to the customer once completed and ready. Alongside this, I help with other miscellaneous tasks, such as test driving vehicles to diagnose issues, parts delivery to mechanics and the dealership, and organizing a small apparel and accessories Audi branding shop.

As a Brand Associate at Old Navy, I completed a plethora of tasks each day, such as ensuring the proper and clean presentation of clothing items to ensure they are in their proper location and in good condition, cleaning and tidying the store floor to ensure customer safety, working as a cashier and delivering a fast and positive experience to customers, and collecting items for shipping in a limited time frame and delivering items to ensure a positive customer experience.

At Master Control, I helped manage a small entertainment center, keeping computers and equipment clean, functioning, and accessible, ensuring safety and a good experience for participating clients. I worked heavily with technology and clients, helping to sign in to the center, receive the materials they need, and assist in technological setup, such as starting up computers, supplying clean and well- functioning equipment, and diagnosing technological and equipment issues. I, along with other interns, kept watch to ensure equipment was properly handled and not damaged while in use, and helped to ensure clients had a positive experience in the entertainment center.
