Focusing on making memories in the heart of historic Stowe VT, my focus is on F&B, Guest Relations, Housekeeping and Event Coordination. I have a strong background in wine and local foods, as well as conflict mediation and continue to be a concierge liaison for past and future guests alike. My goal is to create a tight-knit, driven team, who thrive within the company and excel at interpersonal communication and development. We as managers should strive to continue to educate and encourage our team to be the best versions of themselves, inside and outside of the day to day.

Managing both restaurants on property, responsible for planning/coordinating major holiday dinners, as well as hiring, training, and supporting team members. Ordering, inventorying and improving wine, beer, and cocktail program. Re-opened both restaurants after quarantine in March, first to be rehired.

Supervising Front of House staff, in both The Tavern and Junction, while also maintaining workflow in back of house. Assists in customer experience by resolving any complications and receiving constructive criticism to enhance the next guest's experience.
