I am a passionate leader and creative entrepreneur, focused on supporting and enabling creative minds to bring their visions to life. With a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and digital development, I thrive on connecting people and breaking down barriers to foster innovation and collaboration.As the founder and creative director of Catalyst Games Pty Ltd, I have a strong focus on sustainable business practices that enable small teams to collaborate and grow. I lead a dynamic indie studio dedicated to creating cute family friendly content and unique gaming experiences. Our current flagship project; Dungeons and Dining Tables is an award winning cosy-RPG about an Axolotl is currently in development, winning the GameXcellence Award from EdVantage supported by Creative Victoria at Melbourne International Games Week. My recent industry contributions include: - The GPS support program: A residency support program created in partnership with the Adelaide Economic Development Agency to support early career and diverse developers to access coworking spaces in Adelaide to build community and collaborate together. - Fee-for-Service work: Collaborating with local and international developers from both games and tech to develop prototypes, improve their graphics, UI/UX design as well as releasing our own educational games on U.S-based platform Legends of Learning. - Game Development Workshops: Our team currently works with several local council libraries and other organisations to provide Unity, Blender and Paper Prototyping workshops for participants ages 10-17 to re-engage them back into libraries and advocate for career pathways in creative industries. What drives me?
