Entry-level IT service desk role. Introduced to a live IT managed service provider environment including a ticketing system and gained experience handling customer IT enquires in a timely and professional manner. Gained experience working with a team of technicians and worked with them to complete minor tasks including the use of RMM and some onsite visits to setup workstations.

Entry-level retail sales position within tourist attractions with a focus on teamwork and customer experience. Led our location through the coronavirus pandemic, demonstrating leadership and initiative and worked closely with managers remotely. This role also involved meeting sales and capture targets, such as ‘uptakes’ and upselling. Heavy focus on frontline IT systems, where my skillset was proven to be helpful for the reasons above.
