Lead a project to create a web map application to present mining and energy tenement data for the whole globe. Hired and manage a team of GIS professionals to carry out the data integration work. Manage work in a fast changing environment with competitors developing similar products.

Liaising with up to five clients concurrently, including some of Australia’s largest coal seam gas companies, management of a team of up to 30 Geologists and Field Technicians, conducting staff performance reviews, conducting interviews for prospective employees, rostering and scheduling of staff to ensure client sites are staffed appropriately.

Managed a team of up to 5 rig geologists, managed geological data and statutory forms for five drilling rigs, reviewed and redesigned standard forms for geological operations, managed technical and specialist contractors, led pre-site start up safety meetings.

Provided drill site supervision for BHPB Caroona rig 2, provided leadership and mentoring to up to four other Earth Data rig geologists, mediated between client’s representatives and Earth Data geologists.

Provided drill site supervision for White Mining on site at Moolarben, liaised with landholders on White Mining’s behalf, managed technical and specialist contractors, managed drill site preparation and rehabilitation.
