Huff Family Innovation Center: UW-PlattevilleResponsibilities:• Maintain 10-17 hours per work week in the school year, 25-40 hours per week in the summer.• Ability to provide project support of any kind including woodworking, metal fabrication, and 3D printing and design.• Being a go-to individual when it comes to supporting students, community members, and professors in machine set-up and maintenance.• Proficient in a variety of CAD programs to design prototypes for clients of the Pioneer Prototyping Services.• Ability to plan and lead large Project Development events for student groups and/or Professors.• Being a highly effective communicator with students/professors/clients, keeping projects running efficiently.

• Learn about internal manufacturing and business processes and showcase comprehensionthrough project completion.• Assist in the design and prototyping of new products, including creating CAD models andprototypes and conducting feasibility studies.• Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to product designs andmanufacturing processes.• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve productperformance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.• Document and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and other technicaldocumentation.• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to product engineeringand incorporate them into our product development processes.

Responsibilities:• One of two shipping crate makers for “The Great Wall of Rescue”• Manage resources efficiently to reduce waste material.• Work with fellow employees to reduce wasted time and optimize output.

Eastland Feed and Grain: Honey Creek BranchResponsibilities:• Landscaping the grounds and maintaining the buildings including but not limited to mowing, trimming, clearing wetlands, replacing equipment, inventorying, and cleaning. • Work 30-45 hours a week consistently in the summer.• Revising company rules and regulations for audits.• Manage resources efficiently to reduce waste material.• Work with fellow employees to reduce wasted time and optimize output.
