CA Medical is a multidisciplinary clinic providing physiotherapy, psychology, chiropractic and nutritional therapy, sports and deep tissue massage.• Perform thorough consultations that include verbal questioning, visual observation and, when necessary, performing postural assessments.• Performing deep tissue, sports massage or trigger point therapy and tailoring the various modalities in each treatment session to achieve the most beneficial outcome for the given musculoskeletal complaints the client may present with.• Give effective after care that encompasses possible contra-actions to the treatment also suggested stretching and/or some general nutritional advice given within the scope of my qualifications.• Compile comprehensive treatment plans that is individual to each client, as well as making any necessary referrals to any of the other practitioners as and when needed.• Undertake regular room preparation and ad-hoc reception duties as needed by the clinic.

As head of risk and compliance I was responsible for implementation and monitoring of all systems, procedures and anti money regulations for the group. I was in charge of the shoe department's stock room which included duties such as receiving and checking orders, maintaining a healthy stock line for sizes in all relevant styles. Maintain an orderly and clean stock room as well as supervising stock taking.

This was and still is a very vibrant bar that gets very busy all of the time. Working in Ku bar you had to maintain a friendly and efficient service. All bar staff was also responsible to restock the bar and maintain health and safety rules.

This entailed maintaining a rota for my staff, ordering supplies, daily and monthly maintenance on the printing machines as well as dealing with minor breakdowns as and when they occurred.
