- Collect and organize the employees' activity reports in order to measure their performance.- Provide insights about these reports, notifying my team of changes in the activity that help us grasp a better understanding of each of the employees' activities and performance, to provide managers with the proper information for them to train and coach their sales reps.- Assist with diverse internal tasks that help with the standardization and structure of the processes.
