Responsible for the marketing and promotion of CAT Products to the Agricultural industry, in Northern Europe working with the network of Caterpillar dealerships in the region.Acting as the subject matter expert I assisted product teams in the development of products and solutions for the Agricultural industry, obtaining market information and requirements and feeding this back to the appropriate teams.Responsible for the development of the marketing strategy, which focused on providing targeted, related communications to the industry via the most popular channels (obtained through market research). This included a dedicated online platform, which included: product information, blogs and more. This can be found at www.cat.com/agriculture I was also responsible for Implementation of a dedicated Cat Agriculture Facebook page. Developing the strategy, managing the page and content creation. I worked within a team responsible for the CAT Backhoe Loader product Globally.My core responsibilities were focused on marketing and communications. Creating marketing materials both internal and external, these included:• Product photography and videography• Brochures, manuals, blog posts, case studies and more• Social media posts, live events and customer presentationsResponsible for developing, creating and delivery of training for the full product line to the global network of dealer partners. Where I learnt a great deal about the varied ways in which customers and sales teams interact, the purchasing drivers and cultural difference across the globe.Special Project - Project managing a key product specific anniversary event, including the customisation of unique units, the organisation of a celebratory dinner and a product awareness 2-day event to a global audience.
