As the Secretary for the Exhibition Division during Integrity and Leadership Day 2024, I played a role in ensuring the smooth operation of the event by handling various organizational and administrative tasks. My responsibilities included: • Managing communication between internal and external parties through emails, phone calls, and letters, ensuring effective coordination. • Preparing, organizing, and maintaining documents and records related to the exhibition. • Assisting in scheduling meetings and appointments for the exhibition committee, ensuring all activities were conducted efficiently. • Organizing and managing both physical and digital files for easy access and retrieval. • Preparing materials for team briefings and supporting the team during meetings and training sessions. • Providing support to exhibitors in managing their materials and ensuring a smooth experience for attendees. • Resolving minor issues that arose during the event and escalating complex problems to the appropriate divisions when necessary. • Contributing to post-event reports, summarizing key outcomes and areas for future improvement.Through this experience, I developed strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle event management tasks under pressure, all while ensuring the success of the exhibition.
