Management aspect- Planning, organizing and managing university IT budget. This beginning from doing feasibility study, finding the solution/option, estimating the cost, apply and fight for the budget and then expense it accordingly.- Dealing with supplier, technology provider, internet service provider and also third party such as hospitals IT TeamTechnical- managing and supporting the University IT infrastructure. Data Centre, Server & Storage, Network, PC, Printers and etc.- managing and supporting the University AV infrastructure for teaching and learning.

1st Year - Working in Customer Service Division in Helpdesk Unit- Administer Customer Service Desk- Manage & Maintain Office Automation Equipment such as Desktop Computers, Notebook & Printer’s- Manage & Maintain Office Automation Software such as Office suites, operating systems and else2nd Year- Working in Customer Service Division in Physical Security Unit- Manage & Maintain the Card Access System, CCTV System- Deployment on new Building security Project- Provide Technical consultancy on enhancing building security3rd Year - 4th Year- Working in UMP Pekan ICT Services Division- Manage & Maintain Office Automation Equipment such as Desktop Computers, Notebook & Printer’s- Manage & Maintain Office Automation Software such as Office suites, operating systems and else- Design, Manage & Maintain Building Security System such as Card Access System & CCTV System- Design, Manage & Maintain Audio Visual System- Administering Aastra PABX System- Deploy, Develop a new strategy on enhancing ICT Services in a new born Campuses- Coordinate, Inspect new ICT Project in Campus development project.

- Help student/user & staff solve computer and software problems- Administer IT Services Counter- Setup computer & IT Related equipment for classes and/or function- Uphold policies, rules and regulation for the proper use of computers and IT facilities- Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of computers labs and IT Services Department- Record & Control the usage of computer materials/supplies- Reporting to immediate superior for any problem relating to computers / IT Facilities
