Duncan Adera is an HCD researcher and UX designer. Over the last 10 years, Duncan has worked with organizations including Dalberg Design, IBM Research, and Philips Africa to conduct research and design digital products and services for underserved communities in the Global South. He has worked across a number of sectors (education, health, agriculture, financial inclusion) and with a range of clients, including the Mastercard Foundation, USAID, World Food Program, Mercy Corps, Omidyar Network, Porticus, Elton John Foundation, among others. Duncan is also an award-winning game developer and continues to develop games inspired by African culture.
