• Overall responsibility for department budget including Annual Operating Plan and long term financial plans. • Managing relationships with other Enabling Function leads, across North America and ASIA Pacific.• Developing and leading recruitment and employee retention efforts. • Ensuring compliance with national, state, and local regulations via regular internal audits and data management.• Researching, proposing, and coordinating compensation and salary raise programs.• Assisting in day to day operations administration and providing periodic departmental reports.• Researching, designing, and implementing employee policies and procedures.
