Outputs of the analysis were an Asset Improvement Plan & new Organizational Framework. ➥ Leveraged methodologies, processes, project tools, and best practices from around the globe to accelerate delivery and ensure high-quality execution. ➥ Worked as the Middle East Support Lead to the General Manager of Production Excellence. ➥ Facilitated co-creation workshops to reach successful project alignment and endorsement. 2) Project Coordinator Tigris Project - FCP Gas Majnoon (UAE, Iraq & UK) ➥ Coordinated project controls activities during the Define-to-Execution phase transition for the Tigris Project in Iraq’s Majnoon Oil Field, one of the world’s largest. Project goal was to work with the Iraqi government to build infrastructure which captured flared natural gas and converted it into power for Iraqi citizens, who had urgent need and limited electricity availability. Project budget of $732MM. ➥ Oversaw execution phase readiness for Final Investment Decision Approval. Successfully approved by DE. ➥ Ensured successful status and work-scope reporting to multiple internal and external stakeholders across organization levels. ➥ Developed status report presentations for internal leadership as well as update meetings with Iraq Ministry of Oil. ➥ Coordinated simultaneous delivery with teams across the globe (Texas, India, Philippines, China, UK, UAE, and Iraq). 3) LNG Operational Readiness Engineer (US & Canada) ➥ Co-developed the Operations Readiness and Start-up strategy for new modular LNG facilities. Project budget of $485MM. ➥ Led the development of the team’s Integrated Deliverables List for Define and Execution phases.

➥ Engineer in the multibillion-dollar commercial/industrial expansion of Motiva Enterprises LLC - Port Arthur Refinery (CEP), the largest refinery in North America, where I was a key member of the Commissioning & Start-up (C&SU) Team for three production units. Led numerous scope critical and schedule-sensitive projects. ➥ Received recognition as Catalyst Coordination Project Manager for the successful coordination, cost-effectiveness, and execution of one of the largest initial catalyst loadings in the USA. Project Budget: approx. $10MM. ➥ Successfully developed and led a variance to a procedure policy which led to savings of approx. $1MM, as well as safety benefit. ➥ Project lead of a multimillion-dollar project to enable the early start-up of two units resulting in steep cost benefit from early production. ➥ Rapid Improvement Team Engineer. ➥ Lead Project Engineer in the successful mitigation of a Tier1 Process Safety Incident.

Developed project cost estimates, tracked multimillion-dollar budgets (totaling $9MM) and presented financial forecasts, as well as project schedules. ➥ Awarded Shell Vice President Award for excellent performance, top-quartile safety and meeting budget and schedule goals in emergency mitigation and rebuild project. ➥ Led Management of Change process for all projects, including technical reviews and technical assurance workshops. ➥ Successfully managed and established professional relationships with contractors, suppliers, clients and key internal and external stakeholders. ➥ Effectively and transparently communicated project status and work-scope progress across organizational levels. ➥ Led successful initiative to optimize PAR’s Tank Program (Tank Repair, Maintenance & Construction).
