All these achievements were a result of constant revision of RTM, purposeful leadership, and strategic thinking.My experience has guided me to my present consulting work. As a consultant, I am passionate about purpose-driven business, engagement and energizing of employees, "management by missions" and the development of people. I enjoy making businesses more profitable by creating unity in the organization and focusing on meaningful work. My biggest achievement so far is Champion's title of "Chairman's Cup". I have played for the Latvian national team in several international events.
