For the last 18 years, I have been working with real estate as a specialist of residential real estate specialist. I really enjoy my work and it inspires me. Since October 2015, I am working in international real estate agency - Latvia Sotheby’s International Realty, which is a franchise company of the global brand Sotheby’s International Realty with its place of business in Riga. In July 2021, I was promoted, becoming the senior sales consultant. I am a certified* specialist.Furthermore, I freely communicate in Latvian and Russian, and on intermediate level in English. I am always open to communication and it has always allowed me to gain contact with any person.I am proud of my professional achievements:• In the competition of the Latvian Real Estate Association (LANĪDA), I was recognized as the best team captain in Latvia in 2018, working in parallel at the second real estate company SIA IMMOSTATE as a sales manager.• From 2020, I conduct seminars for future real estate agents on the basic values of the profession and the basic principles of customer service who want to receive a real estate certificate in the future.• From 2013 to 2015, I worked for JSC REVERTA*, where I gained 2.5 years of experience in selling the bank's illiquid real estate portfolio.*(AS PAREX banka was divided into the liquid part of the bank - AS CITADELE banka and the illiquid part - AS REVERTA, the aim of which was to recover as much of the invested Latvian State funds as possible within a few years).
