With over a decade and more of expertise across educational leadership and management, educational administration and planning, research, and policy advocacy, my focus is on nurturing impactful learning experiences that surpass obstacles and enhance opportunities, especially for learners in marginalized groups. My experience involves partnering with global entities, through comparative education, and guiding curriculum enhancements to shape an educational environment that is inclusive and forward-looking. I am deeply committed to ensuring that education is accessible, fair, and well-prepared for everyone.I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ambrose Alli University, alongside a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the National Teachers Institute, affiliated with Usmanu Dan Fodio University. Additionally, I have completed a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Planning from the National Open University of Nigeria and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Derby, UK. My research interests focus on transformational leadership in education, particularly its impact on teacher performance and student academic outcomes. As a trained engineer and administrator, I possess experience in classroom instruction and academic planning. Over the past 15 years, I have served in various teaching and administrative roles within reputable schools.As a part-time lecturer, I have successfully supervised undergraduate students in their project work, demonstrating firm subject knowledge in education-related areas such as guidance and counselling, research and design, educational management and planning, comparative education, as well as educational leadership and management. I have played a pivotal role in formulating innovative strategies and emphasizing the importance of self-reflection to enhance my teaching effectiveness. I can describe myself as highly creative, imaginative, and passionate about education, consistently fostering a productive learning environment.Currently, I work as a cover supervisor (Science Tutor) in the Bemrose School, Derby-England and I am aiming to work in a UK university as a full-time Lecturer of Education. I am open to lecturing opportunities in the field of Education.
