My responsibilities include the planning and execution of English classes for Junior High School students. While planning these lessons, I construct my materials for any activities performed during class. I also check students’ homework, whether it's assigned by me or the Japanese English teachers. The classes include teaching basic songs to the students, playing games to teach different grammar points, and presenting storyboards so that they can better understand the subject. If any activities are to be performed by the students, these activities must first be demonstrated by both myself and the Home Room Teacher or Japanese English Teacher present in the class.This involves working closely with the other teacher in the class so that the students will understand what they have to do and liaising with those teachers outside of the class to finalize lesson plans.
