Created international projects, and introduced Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects to the organisation. Within 5 years have initiated and implemented 6 Erasmus+ Strategic partnership projects (total funding 144 000 euros) that allowed more than 24 mobilities of educators to implement their skills and professional competencies. Organized all of the project mobilities and activities. Within 6 years implemented internal projects in the domain of teaching systems, created schedules, role and responsibility divisions within a team of 5 teachers. Took a part in the state accreditation process of the school and a team achieved the 6-year accreditation term as the highest possible within the system.Implemented education technology usages such as Kahoot, Promethean Smartboard, Twinkl, Canva, Google Classroom, and MS Teams to increase learning outcomes. Was responsible for distance and e-learning system creation and implementation in the C19 period.Upon need provided quality lessons in Math and ESL subjects for 1st to 6th-grade students. Incorporating non-formal education and practical learning methods to increase involvement in the classroom as well as increase the level of interest in the subjects.

Within my time as the lecturer got to experience working with bachelor and master-level students on topics of creative and critical thinking, business plan modelling within the Business Model Canva, and re-evaluation of the models within frames of supply, and demand and the size of the entrepreneurship, focusing attention on the innovative micro-size entrepreneurship opportunities. Guided students through lateral thinking techniques, expanding their worldview. Within the critical thinking study course worked with students on understanding information, thinking errors, media impact and how to evaluate information and build opinions.

Cooperating with nonprofit organisations in providing training on team-building, and implementing Youth in Action and Erasmus+ youth projects. Within 11 years have done 27 trainings, involving more than 500 young people.

Management of a non-governmental organization created by 22 businesses to ensure the representation of the interests of Rēzekne city and county entrepreneurs. Planned and implemented the annual regional entrepreneurs' expo, to promote products and brands.

Managed processes within a result-driven business incubator in the Latgale region. The job involved client service management, coordinating all reporting procedures with Latvian Investment and Development Agency, local municipalities, social partners and shareholders. Successfully implemented changes and achieved positive realisation of the procurement agreement for business incubation services. My role included managing 6 employee team, and leading support provided for 142 companies within the business incubator support system. The business incubator was operated under EU project support for entrepreneurship, which included responsibilities in project management, implementation, achieving set result goals and adjusting and pivoting the strategies to reach set aims. Responsible for public relations, visibility activities and dissemination of results. Project funding was 2 958 800,00 Eiro
