• Responsible for the Profit and Loss of Project and Automation Solutions Business.• Develop strong business relationships with key customer project personnel. Leverages relationships to improve efficiency, speed, communication, and overall customer experience in doing business with Honeywell.• Work with the sales pursuit team during pre-award activities. If needed, assist in developing project scope, cost estimates, price/value positioning, and proposal/ execution presentations.• Management of the Project Management Center (Project Managers and Project Lead Engineers). • Address questions and concerns of the project operations team, management, and customers professionally and confidently.

• Manage all assigned projects for compliance to scope, budget, schedule, project quality, customer satisfaction, risk and opportunity management, delivered margin, cash flow, and championing their issues resolutions and resource needs. • Responsible for communications and reporting to the customer and the internal organization. • Provide mentoring to the team in fields of technical where appropriate as well as work practices, project status and deadlines, financial deadlines, etc.• Negotiate and manage third-party contracts.• Negotiation of contract and contract changes.• Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract.

• Enable the delivery of services to clients of the HPS service business through scheduling, planning, and follow-up to ensure that the Honeywell service business meets its customers´ needs, estimation support through resource planning, and therefore achieves business financial objectives. • Manage forecasting, monitoring, and delivery of the spot and service contract activity. • Focal point for Service Requests requested by customers.
