When Joining the Sino-US Optoelectronics Company, the equipment maintenance manual and various SOPs of the dry etching station were established. Failure analysis was carried out for repeated issues and rules were formulated to avoid or eliminate them.The UP-TIME improved through the machine monitors and analysis.Setting the safety preparation of the material of all equipment. Exposed to Stepper/Coater, Oxide Sputter, and wet etching machines.Exposed to the sapphire crystal growth machine in 1999/July with job content re-arrangement in the company. Initially, I learned the installation method of the prototype machine with foreign technicians in Sino. After that, I went to the original California factory for training for 3 weeks and completed the installation of all crystal growth machines(14sets) with my partner in March of the following year.

During the service in LITEON, I have been exposed to APPLIED P-5000 / LAM 4420/4520/TCP 9400/ALLIANCE/UV baking machines which belonged to the dry etching area and some wafer surface inspection machines (OPT-3A). In addition to the troubleshooting and routine PM (Preventive Maintain) of the machine in charge, also made many cost down projects, UP-TIME improvement reports, small projects (machine ALARM mechanism modify), and internal training reports.
