出生於結構單純的家庭，成員為雙親及姊姊一家四口，父親是閩南人，母親是客家人，所以個性上融合著兩種族群的特色。在學期間主修電機電力，畢業後對整個大環境的不確定性下選擇了報效國家，加入志願役的行列，海軍期間的嚴格訓練及機械洗禮下，除了陪養優良的機械手感外，心靈層面來說抗壓性也變得較強，較具責任心。退伍後首份工作到了敦南半導體，於敦南服務7年期間，對所負責的機台除最基本的故障排除及ROUTINE PM)之外，也完成了許多Cost Down Project、Up-Time Improve、維修SOP報告等，對於上級交代的任務，都是本著使命必達的態度來面對，半導體7年生涯中接觸領域多為乾蝕刻機台,涉及的機型範圍亦偏向蝕刻， 98年6月加入了中美的行列，所負責的區域為LED Sapphire wafer的乾蝕刻製程，後續因生涯規劃也陸續的涉入相關產業的設備維修工作以及設施系統，我相信正確的態度才能不斷累積人生的實力，期許自己在人生職涯上不斷的挑戰，創造勞資雙方的Win-Win的局面。Born in a simple family, parents and sister are my family members. my father is Taiwanese, my mother is a Hakka people, so my personality combines the characteristics of the two ethnic groups, my major is electricity during in college, after graduating from the uncertainty of the environment , so chose to be a volunteer to serve the country, training during the Navy , obtain the excellent mechanical hand skill, also the spiritual level for pressure resistance has become stronger, more responsible, excellent troubleshooting logic.
