• Collaboration with Millers from all plants to ensure the best and committed quality of flour for each and every Customer.• Taking complain (if any) from the end user and mitigating the challenges.• Dealing with the institutional quality and coordination with all of them regarding the R&D and product improvement.• Maintaining the Hygiene, Quality and Food Safety.• Conducting the internel Audits of ISO 22000 and assuring the worker safety and training them regarding the Food safety and Quality at each plant.• Managing well established highly equipped laboratory having Farinograph, Falling Number, Glutamatic, Starch Damage, Lab Sifters and Number of NIR’s to ensure the consistent Quality of flour.• Head of a in house built Bakery lab for testing of each and every batch being prepared from our mills by physically preparing the breads, biscuits and Buns.• Conducting the supplier audits as well as annual external audit.• Strong communication with Institutions and big stake holders like EBM, Coronet food limited CFL, Kims, Dawn, Cheezious Pizza, Tehzeeb, Bisconni, Fauji Foods Rawalpindi, BBK foods hattar and many more.• Working in different projects initiated by the Govt and Non Govt organisations like addition of Folic acid and Vitamins as well as Utility stores, Ramzan Bazars, and other schemes supply.• Preparing the data sheet of specs of each and every sample being examined from lab and keeping follow up.• String communication skills with the sales and supply chain team as well as the customers.• Making a plan at each plant for the cleaning of sifters, seives and other major points effecting the quality of flour.• Instructing the miller and shift miller about the changes in streams required for certain quality and specs of flour. • Looking after the Bulker/ Bowser project with CFL hattar and making sure the safe hygienic raw material supply for their best selling product.

Performing my duties as a plant manager Quality and Food safety.Responsibilities:• Defining the plant quality objectives and monitoring the progress.• Making of product according to the customer needs especially Bread Flour, Cookies Flour, Pasta Flour and All purpose flour.• Inspection of Incoming raw material.• Blending of wheat to make specialised product.• FIFO inventory management• Production line Quality checks including product quality.• Approve and monitor the activities to ensure food safety parameters. • Investigate the customers complaints using root cause analysis and response to the customers against their complain.• Perform miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.• Conduct Internal Audit at the plant to meet the requirements of FSSC-22000.
