MONTH END INVENTORYIn charge on actual count every end of the month by counting physically all the products on our company warehouse.MONTH END RECONCILIATIONAfter counting manually and if there’s a variance on our inventory, I reconciled them by comparing our stock sheet over SAP quantity and actual quantity.BRANCH AUDITIn every month I am responsible to do a surprise visit in every branches of the company. Checking all the manual records, cash on hand and inventory the actual products.DATA ENTRY ON SAPPosting all the retails sales of batteries of different branches of the company by A/R Invoice , A/P Invoice and Journal Entry ( details include: Cash sales series, date of invoice, Batteries with amount and warranty details and petty cash)Posting all the warranty details of cash sales at A/R Invoice (user defined fields) such as Plate number, private/ commercial, vehicle model, serial number of battery, customer name, mobile number, vehicle year and vehicle brandMaintain and update inventory recordsAs an inventory audit, I am obliged to monitor all the in and out of every products. I am responsible to post all the pick-up forms (goods receipt) on SAP and do the manual stock sheet to see and check if there is a variance. ( Pick up form series, date , batteries, serial number, customer, date of purchase and sales invoice)
