Responsible for implementing and maintaining the processes that an organization uses. This includes software and other programs that the organization uses to function every day. Overseeing the HR department or working very closely to help solve personnel issues. Checking financials, overseeing the accounting department or working closely to review budgets, revenue growth, and profitability. Also responsible for reporting on how the business is functioning and whether the implemented processes and policies are working or need changes.

I acted as the all-around gatekeeper and strategically managed the CEO’s time with respect to priorities, goals, and objectives. Provides leverage to the CEO and the organization. Monitor inbox, draft email correspondence, and respond on behalf of CEO. I am responsible in setting virtual and in-person meetings for Executive and department.

Provides administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf. I maintained comprehensive and accurate records, organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary. I also managed the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
