More than 15 years experience of employee and engagement surveys incl. stress and work life balance. Worked as consultant/Senior Research Executive/project manager. Many years of experience of after survey improvement work (workshops). Have worked with companies of different sizes, in different industries, both internationally and locally. In these projects I have worked with designing question models, project management, facilitating workshops, training and presentations. I have seen many different company cultures and processes at client organizations; i.e. what works and what does not. I have a passion to help teams and companies to succeed.
