Through working on Construction Projects within ICI Buildings and Transit Systems, I have experienced how quickly it can get hectic if we lose track of Processes, Documents and Costs. Coordination of Contractors and Scheduling of daily tasks, though seem small, but play a big role in successful operation and development of construction projects.Construction Project Managers are busy with many tasks including Planning, Initiating, Coordinating, Executing, and Communicating Change Orders and Closeout Projects. As a young Construction Project Coordinator I see myself developing advanced Project Management skills and help build more efficient structures in Toronto to the latest LEED Canada Green Building Rating System.During my Design and Project Coordination internships, I worked on creating Customized Solutions in:► Reducing Operating & Utility Costs as well as Reducing Wasted Materials► Eliminating Down-time in all phases of Building Design, Construction, Inspection & Certification.► Improving Project Management Processes and Cost Control Procedures.
