Creating online communication in a value-oriented, trust-building and inclusive way. Marketing according to environmentally relevant and social principles. For me, this is called ethical marketing (you can also call it sustainability marketing, sustainability communication or green marketing). I studied media culture and journalism (where my passion for text and content creation originates), then worked in the advertising industry - and have learned how inhumane our current marketing is. Manipulation, paternalism, even discrimination. This is not about people or the planet. Let's do it better!The way companies communicate authentically, humanely and transparently plays a significant role in how people perceive sustainability - and your company.How does ethical marketing work?The question is: How can social-ecological products and services that contribute to solving sustainability problems be successfully marketed? My opinion: By marketing them in exactly the same social-ecological way. For this we may rethink some previous marketing principles to make them ethical.
