CurrentJob Role Work closely with the Network Resource Coordinators, Network Maintenance Managers and also with the maintenance field teams, Environmental Services Team and other framework contractors across the United Utilities workforce in order to deliver serviceability improvements across the region. This will involve extensive programs of planned intervention and improvements for non-infrastructure assets. Job Accountabilities • Ensure asset data integrity for all wastewater network installations including asset registration/deregistration processes and accurate maintenance data. • Develop, monitor and control programs of planned work within a wide geographical area which balance customer service, regulatory compliance, operational performance and financial efficiency. • Deliver, through the programs, the key regulatory requirement to significantly improve UU's serviceability performance, specifically flooding and pollution due to the failure of Wastewater network assets. Knowledge and Skills • Excellent communication and analytical skills. • Capable of planning and controlling resources to meet standards of service • Ability to use computer systems for reporting and data analysis • Ability to make quick decisions when under pressure • Ability to develop strategic (5 year) and tactical (1 year) plans
