From crafting our initial marketing strategies to fine-tuning customer service, managing finances, and even diving into bookkeeping, I've been hands-on in every aspect of the business. We've made it through droughts. We've made it through a pandemic. We created this business when our boys were in preschool. Now they are old enough to work in the family business.
