Having an ability to adapt and be flexible while working under pressure to achieve deadlines this role was focused on filling a variety of multiple roles from Administrative, Operational & Management when cover was needed or to seek solutions to help to improve processes & experiences, always willing to jump in wherever I was required to help the team.Being involved in various projects further developed my skills that I could offer to share that knowledge with others, always keen to learn and implement, I became involved in training & coaching the team from Freight to Containers throughout the company to taking care of all aspects of HV Permits nationwide.

This role included everything relating to containers starting in an assistant role administratively, then moving into operational dispatching of container team, processing documentation, manifesting & invoicing, then moving into the Management role with all associated task from container sales, financial reporting, customer services, introducing new systems and striving for improvement to ensure a happy productive team , efficient and profitable operation and happy customers.

Working with Port Systems to assist co-ordinating container yard operations with the team for both full and empty container yard, as well as assisting on Cargo Reception to receive containers for export.

Was asked to return in a senior role tending to all logistical requirements for customers globally for seafreight exports both LCL and FCL.

Looking after customer portfolio for the New Zealand customers organising logistics to meet their requirements with Seafreight Exports

Started off in a junior role assisting with Seafreight Export Documentation and supporting the Seafreight team in the world of freight forwarding
