Aileen is a faculty member and administrator at a national university in the Philippines. Her core skills include policy analysis, design and implementation of development studies research and extension activities, as well as conduct of mixed methods impact evaluation. As a faculty member at UPLB, she is involved in curriculum development and student mentoring in the Public Affairs, Development Management, and Development Studies graduate programs. She is a member of the American Evaluation Association, a Certified Expert in Adaptation Finance, and a John Dillon Fellow.
