Ms. Larkin served as lead instructional designer for the development of the eLearning program. - Managed instructional designers in the development of 40 hours of eLearning. Reviewed instructional design plans, storyboards and eLearning betas. Developed a style guide with the vendor. Provided recommendations and feedback on content flow and level of detail, the choice of visuals, the amount and type of interactivity, and the wording of test questions- Managed timeline deliverables.
