Rural and Suburban Officer (RSMC) Training Program Ms. Larkin acted as the Canada Post team lead for the development and implementation of a training program for employees who design routes for rural and suburban delivery agents. Route Measurement Officer Elearning Program Canada Post required an eLearning program to replace five weeks of classroom training for route measurement officers (RMOs). Ms. Larkin served as lead instructional designer for the development of the eLearning program. - Managed instructional designers in the development of 40 hours of eLearning. Reviewed instructional design plans, storyboards and eLearning betas. Developed a style guide with the vendor. Provided recommendations and feedback on content flow and level of detail, the choice of visuals, the amount and type of interactivity, and the wording of test questions- Managed timeline deliverables. Acted as main liaison with subject matter expert and kept him informed of deadlines and negotiated issues as they arose.
