Originally the Systems Administrator in our I.T. Department but our firm has recognised the need to put all the Aderant and Financial systems under the direction of the Finance Department so have made the switch to the Finance Department. Overall responsible for all Financial SQL databases in the production, training and testing environments.Have extensive exposure and experience with other practice management systems aside from Aderant Expert due to data migration projects through out the years.Looks after all project planning, development, testing and implementation for all Aderant and Financial systems including the development of SSRS reports and budget reconciliations.Design, develop, test, launch and document all development and customisation work which includes custom bill templates, custom user data screen and custom SQL reporting.Also create extensive SQL queries to data mine the Aderant database for ad-hoc or custom reporting for both internal and external use.Develop and maintain all manuals (training and technical) related to all Aderant products and any Financial systems in the firm.Administrator and supervisor of the HWLE Finance Helpdesk.
