The LIVES project supports Innocent Victims of Northern Ireland related terrrorism, iiving in GB. This is in terms of advocacy re justice issues as well as individual wellbeing an welfare. Using strategic analysis skills and possibilities and risk management as well as lobbying and writing articles coming from my own experience of having my mother murdered by IRA.

Have just retired from the Met Police and do not plan to work full time again. I do hope to work with my friends and erstwhile colleagues in Risk Angels from time to time, using the tools that I have developed over the years. My work life balance will include much more life than previously. About a year after my mother was murdered in the Poppy Day Massacre in Enniskillen I have been campaigning on an ad hoc campaigner on victims issues. It took a year for me to realise that there were patterns in how the issues were dealt with and that when I started to articulate the issues as I saw them, that I was giving expression to feelings that others were experiencing as well. I have given many talks and written many articles and made a television programme with victims of other UK major disasters, which was recommended as a training video in a HO publication and was also used by the Navy in its PTSD support programme.
