From all my experience, what I enjoy the most is leadership development in organizations and individuals, that opportunity to accompany leaders to explore their full potential and explore their voice, presence and authentic talents to leave a lasting impression. I am passionate about personal development and succession planning, Mentoring and change management. Since I began my career more than 25 years ago, I trained as an executive recruiter, subsequently I have had the opportunity to work in practically all areas of human resources, such as: performance management, internal communications, policy development, compensation and benefits, training and development in leadership, compliance and safety in the workplace. For the last few years, I have been at the forefront of the business development of Labor Connectivity. Leading recruitment issues of Head hunting, executive recruitment, leadership development and mentoring. These have been very interesting years of much growth and development, addressing various topics such as development and execution of human resources policies, contract negotiation, development of value proposals, in short, efficient administration of a developing company. As part of the most interesting achievements in this process, I have learned the importance to stick to personal and company values to move forward. The know how to negotiate and stay calm in times of stress, but most importantly, perseverance and dedication. In these years I had the opportunity to become a "Professional Coach", developing career and transition issues. I like working with professionals who want to build their professional career by meeting the intellectual, financial and emotional standards require and at the same time making a difference in their chosen field. I like to support people in redesigning their professional career, finding the balance between personal and professional life, defining and finding the ideal job, evaluating new perspectives and career opportunities, designing the process to change jobs, managing search processes and selection at the executive level and "outplacement". A couple of years ago, I started ITA MENTORING SCHOOL. It's been a very exciting few years where we've had the opportunity to work with various organizations on #Mentoring issues, creation of #succession plans, #leadership from neuroscience and above all personal wellness issues.
