In 2008, I made a significant career shift from the corporate world, pursuing my passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Since then I have held Sport Therapy positions with Oxted Hockey Club, Crockenhill FC, and Kent Exiles American Football Club. Currently, I am proud to be part of Halos Clinic, Centre of Complementary Healthcare in Oxted. Here, I specialise in musculoskeletal (MSK) rehabilitation and offer personalised one-on-one Reformer Pilates sessions. My goal is to help individuals achieve optimal recovery and enhance their overall wellbeing.Beyond the clinic, I run Pilates, wellbeing, and team-building retreats on a beautiful countryside estate in Dorset. These retreats are designed for individuals, teams, and companies, providing a perfect blend of relaxation, fitness, and personal growth.
