-Lead, develop, and mange all new business initiatives representing St George's core values while implementing the company's best practices-On-boarding of new customer accounts to WMS platform includes providing ad hoc solutions-Lead and contribute to business process review sessions with business analysts, subject matter experts, warehouse managers, customers, project sponsors, department heads and customer service representatives-Development of project plans using the EVOLVE methodology-Gathering of requirements document to produce work effort estimate by confirming scope and complexity to deliver to stakeholders-Development of gap analysis based on service level agreements-Define high level solutions and lead conference room pilot sessions with the customer to review fit and options-Analysis and documentation of functional requirements for system enhancements. Perform unit testing of custom enhancements to ensure they meet the customer’s functional requirements-Structure and perform system configuration, master data loading, unit tests, and assist the customer in documenting test scripts and standard operating procedures. Review of customer documents for completeness-Identify test data and data conversion requirements. Prepare and execute conversion tests-Operational and business analysis to provide process improvement solutions-Sr. Synapse support
