Conducts initial screening of documents from qualified candidates for specific Foreign Employers based on the qualification standards;Checks completeness of information of CV/resume of applicantConducts orientation to the applicants to provide them valuable information of the Foreign Companies that they want to apply for work;Monitors incoming applicants to be pre-screened as per clients requirements stated in Job Order Information SheetConducts preliminary screening/ interview to determine whether applicant is suitable to foreign principal's requirements Assist foreign clients during personal interviewMonitor the status of the selected candidates and send weekly status report to the client.Participate in Jobs Fair and Special Recruitment Activities.
