I graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice in December 2020. In my previous roles, I have gained valuable experience in delivering customer service to internal and external customers, resolving and assisting in escalated matters, and fostering an environment of inclusion and respect within a team environment. These roles have also assisted in developing and demonstrating my bilingual communication skills in verbal and written English and Spanish communication. Performance of these roles were clerical duties involving sensitive information in compliance with HIPPA and FERPA. I am motivated by the opportunity to apply my skills and knowledge to future employment relating to administrative positions and bring a diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. I am eager to learn from others and contribute to the organization's goals and culture.
