Ai Leen has extensive experience in Communications and Media having worked with L’Oreal Malaysia for 7 years as Communications Director and in Coca-Cola Far East for 7 years as Region Media Manager for Malaysia/Singapore. Prior to that she was Associate Director with leading Media Specialist Starcom, and she has worked with Young & Rubicam and Grey International in Jakarta.Her skills include building and sustaining company reputation, developing overall communication strategy targeting different stakeholders which include the Media, Business partners and ConsumersShe develops Internal & External Communication of the company and most importantly she manages Media Relations and maximise media opportunitiesShe has worked with high profile brands like Lancome, Shu Uemura, Giorgio Armani and L’Oreal Paris to name a few and she has developed PR and influencer programs for the luxury brands.
