Current2017 to 2019: Created NACME's Career Center and launched NACME's Virtual Career Fair. The Center connected top minority students pursuing undergraduate engineering and computer science degrees to internships, co-ops and entry-level jobs with NACME Sponsor Companies. The Virtual Career Fair served as a platform to build awareness for high priority jobs.2003-2016: Managed the largest privately funded underepresented minority scholarship program portfolio of more that $30 million. Developed and implemented the strategic direction NACME' Scholarship Programs. Provided scholarships to approxximately 1,200 annually and partnered with with more than 50 colleges and universities.Served as executive staff to NACME's Governance Comiitee, a standing committee of NACME's Board of Directors.Principal Investigator responsible for managing the Alfred P. Sloan Minority Ph.D Program.
