• Lead purchasing major activities such as: New Project Development; Cost Down Activity; VA Activity; Localization and Supplier Change; Tooling Transfer; Supplier Sourcing/New Supplier Development; Supplier Awarding.• Keep the assigned KPI on tract by assigning PIC to facilitate weekly meeting and construction of working group to make the target activities achievable.• Travel outside the country for Business Trip purposes, e.g. OB at Brother China and Brother Vietnam last 2017.• Guide team members in the interpretation of DCI (Design Change Information) and its enclosed Drawing/s. Especially if New Project establishment is concern, need to check the Haitan List creation (BOM) to ensure Supplier declaration is correct and New Parts are identified clearly.• Assist staffs in every improvement activity, e.g. current big improvement activity: Reduction of Warehouse space thru Assembly Parts activity in supplier side (Before: Child Parts are buying in different suppliers; After: Assy Part is purchase in 1 Supplier).• Adviser in every QCC entry of the Section.• Maintain control on the Suppliers’ Machine and Tooling Capacity, as well as the Tooling Shot Count simulation to avoid production line stop due to its critical condition and keep stable supply.• Controls and manage Tooling Acquisition: Additional, Renewal, and Tooling Life Extension (Tooling reaches its gurantee shots).• Carries out Tooling Inventory to Suppliers to maintain 0 discrepancy from Tooling List vs. Actual inventory.• Handles and review confidential documents like contracts: NDA & SAPA; Suppliers Financial Statement, etc.• Conducts RBA Audit to Suppliers and encourage vendors to have improvement activities in every findings.• Consolidates Supplier Performance Evaluation results monthly based on QCD. And facilitates Supplier Annual Plan / Awarding Event by the end of fiscal year.

- Assist technicians for drawing inquiry and other design related concern.- Provide drawing such as Plates, and Parts for the fabrication of tooling.- Designs every design change request (die modification, die improvement, die repair ad maintenance)- Prepares detailed design information for each completed project.- Provide accurate DXF, CAD/CAM data for tooling parts for WEDM and Machining process.- Assist project quotation and costing essential.- Identifies and evaluates tooling fabrication requirements, provides tooling designs, detailed drawings and complete parts specifications.- Work closly to design engineers to ensure all designs will be accurate and confirms to the standards and procedures of the company.
