I am a Telecommunications Management student at Penn State University, expected to graduate in December 2023. I have completed multiple internships in the fields of social media, marketing, and online shopping, where I utilized my advanced skills in digital marketing communications and Google Analytics. I have also earned a Google Analytics Certification, demonstrating my proficiency in web analytics and data-driven decision making.As an intern at Taiwan Phoenix Shopping, I assisted the social media planners in creating and distributing engaging content and news across various platforms, reaching millions of online shoppers and increasing brand awareness. I also applied my Google Analytics skills to monitor and analyze the performance and impact of the social media campaigns, and provided insights and recommendations for improvement. As a food server at YAYOI, I leveraged my digital marketing communications skills to promote the restaurant's menu and specials on social media, attracting new and loyal customers and enhancing customer satisfaction. In both roles, I worked with diverse and dynamic teams, and contributed to the success and growth of the organizations. I am passionate about learning new technologies and trends in the digital and e-commerce space, and I am eager to bring my enthusiasm, creativity, and analytical skills to a challenging and rewarding internship opportunity.
