Graduate from the Institute of Art, Design and Technology studying Business (Hons) in Entrepreneurship and Management.Currently working in NSUS Limited (GGPoker) as a Safer Gambling Specialist.Within my current role I assess players source of funds and make sure they are playing safely and sustainably on site. I also review alerts and complete Responsible Gaming check-ins with players. Alongside this, I attend live events where I get to interact with these players and create rapport. I have over 5 years experience in the gambling industry. I started off as a Customer Service agent in Paddy Power where I gained knowledge in Safer Gambling, Fraud and a number of other areas. I then became a Fraud Analyst in Paddy Power. Within this role I gained immense knowledge and experience within a high pressure environment. I gained experience in reviewing suspicious transactions and activity on accounts and actioning these accounts to prevent losses for the company and people. My current and past roles have involved working in cross functional, high paced environments. I complete tasks efficiently but to a high standard and believe attention to detail is key.
